  Expert legal testimony in Worker’s Compensation or other Courts.  
  Assistance for you and your co-workers in evaluating your workplace and suggesting ways of eliminating

  Many medical conditions may be related to your work or environment:  
     
  Does your back or neck hurt? Do you have to frequently twist, bend, lift and work in awkward body postures –  
  Do you have whole-body vibration, shock and jolt exposures at work?  
  Do your wrists, hands or arms ache or feel numb, especially at night?  
  Do you work with asbestos, solvents, lead or other dangerous materials?  
  Do you develop difficulty breathing when on the job?  
  Do you have asthma that get worse at work or certain environments?  
  Do you have water damage, dampness and indoor mold that effects your indoor air quality?

  Dr. Eckardt Johanning provides confidential medical evaluations for patients who want to know if their health  
  problems may be related to conditions at their job or environment.  
     
  An evaluation at the Center includes:  
     
  A review of your past and present medical history.  
  A thorough physical examination, laboratory testing, etc..  
  A complete review of your current and past jobs, environments and exposures.  
  Medical treatment, referral to specialists and consultants, practical help and if requested referral to social  
  and legal services.  
     
  What does a visit to Dr. Johanning’s medical office cost?  
     
  No one will be turned away because of an inability to pay.  
  You may be eligible for Workers’ Compensation or other benefits.  
  We will NYS-WC directly, if you have a work-related condition.  
  Your health insurance may cover the costs of the examination if you are not eligible for Workers' Compensation.  
  We provide fee-for-service consultations in all other cases.  
  We have a sliding scale for charges not covered by insurance.
